TaskOS is a task management platform that provides tools for organizing, tracking, and collaborating on tasks and projects. The Service includes a web application, IDE extensions, and integrations with third-party services such as GitHub, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos), is owned by TaskOS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. We do not endorse and are not liable for any third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKOS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaskOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. You waive any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
